Charles Tyler Sr. is a compassionate, dedicated attorney with offices in Akron Ohio and Columbus, Ohio. He focuses his practice in the areas of criminal defense, bankruptcy, family law, personal injury and IRS 501(C) 3 Organizations.

Attorney Tyler received his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. In addition to his law degree he holds certificates in general and divorce mediation. Attorney Tyler has served as a Summit County Prosecutor and has worked as an insurance defense attorney for State Auto Insurance Company.

Although Charles is compassionate and professional he aggressively helps injured people and their families receive compensation for their injuries. When representing clients in family law cases Charles emphasizes the importance of working to resolve cases without destroying important relationships. When children are involved he works hard to make sure that children does not have to choose sides. However, when a case cannot be resolved without a trial he aggressively represents his clients. As a bankruptcy attorney he works to make sure his clients get a fresh start.

In criminal cases Charles provides a high level of personal attention to each client. He works hard to ensure that his clients’ constitutional rights are protected. He dedicates time and effort to getting the best results for his clients.
